E-Ticket (QR Code) Refund Instructions – Please read carefully to protect your rights:

  1. Refund rules for e-tickets (QR Code) are based on the description of the specific ticket package. Please read the refund instructions for your ticket before submitting a refund request.

  2. E-tickets (QR Code) must be used within the validity period. Some e-tickets provide services tied to a specific time and occasion. If the ticket holder fails to use the service at the designated time and place for any reason, refunds or service replacement cannot be requested.

  3. If the store or service provider is unable to provide the service before the consumer uses the e-ticket (e.g., closure or other reasons), the amount paid by the consumer will be refunded by the ticketing agent.

  4. Please refer to the refund instructions and relevant notes provided with the e-ticket product for detailed refund regulations.

  5. After the customer service receives your refund request, the refund will be processed manually according to the product’s refund policy (approximately 5 business days). Once processed, you will receive a “Refund Request Completed Notification” via email, showing the refunded amount, which will be credited back to your original credit card.

  6. The refunded amount may appear on your current or next credit card statement depending on your card’s billing cycle. If you need urgent confirmation, please contact your card-issuing bank.
